Hello, I am looking to invest $250k in cash savings in a multi family apartment building in the Dallas TX area. Could you please provide any recommendations for realtors who specialize in DFW multi family apartments? I am looking to put down 25% so looking at purchase prices up to $1.25mm. I’d like to earn a minimum cap rate of 5%. I am new to the area (previously in San Francisco, CA).
