@Kevin Branin thanks for the reply Kevin! I asked because I’m currently purchasing a home in the south jersey area but I wanted to get started on a investment property next year nearby I’m only 45 mins from Philly that’s why I group them together but I would love to pick your brain on the Philadelphia market.
What areas do you see a rise happening as far as being built up and looks like it could be a good area to invest?
How many properties you own in the Philly area?

Hello I’m looking to get started in my real estate journey. I’m currently active duty Air Force stationed in New Jersey. I’m currently in the process of purchasing a townhome (283k) for my family (wife + 3 kids) should be closing middle of next month. I want to get into real estate investing looking to purchase a multi family property sometimes next year. Any investors that are investing in the South Jersey/ Philadelphia area willing to show me the ropes?
