 Say they have been in business for twenty years but nobody can share any experience with them. Has anyone been paid by them after going into business? 

Are there any legitimate groups on the area. Active with licensed individuals. People who can prove what they have done. I keep running into individuals who are not sincere and are unable to prove they have the experience they say.

Anyone heard of Sean Ambush?

Any connections for those investing in D neighborhoods in Southeast area such as congress heights. Are there any groups or property managers. I am interested in meeting others who are in this area. 

A person mentioned they could provide work. Is there a place I can go to verify they are a licensed contractor. I asked but they were unable to show me, they needed money first. 

I am looking for guidance on what I can do with a difficult property. I have a property in the area which will not move and I am looking to speak with someone experience in D neighborhoods. Are there any groups in town other than the DC Landlord. 

My property is not meeting my needs and I am looking for other options. Purchased with the purpose of having the mortgage paid through renting. I am not in a desirable neighborhood and underestimated the need for housing. I am overwhelmed and do not see a lot of options. It is a basement unit and I need bars on the window removed but not sure I want to make the investment at this point. Looking for directions on what my options are. I had it on the market it did not move or my realtor was not helpful.

Has anyone deal with this group? I joined but have a few questions and wanted to hear others exerience.

Washington DC has alot of rules and regulations and Project managers are not in your benefit here.
