@Melanie Fairchild, we're specifically looking at single-family homes in the Newburgh area as well!

Hey Everyone!

My husband @Michael Cycon and I have set a goal of retiring between the ages of 30-35, and we're currently well on our way to that goal.  We're looking to diversify our investments (and maybe even reach that goal faster!) by buying and holding multifamily properties. 

After doing some homework and listening to hours of the BP Podcast, I figured it was time to say hello!
