Thank you everyone for your input! What do you look for in a partnership? I'm currently seeking partners/lenders (private or hard money lenders) to fund multi-family and apartment properties in Utah. Please reach out to me for more info!

For all the successful and experienced investors, what do YOU consider a "good deal" when hunting for multi-family and apartment investment properties? Can you share you first purchase experience and where you're at now? Lastly, any advice on how to fund these deals when we find them?

Thank you everyone for your responses! We've decided not to do wholesales, and will be turning our interests into multi-family investing. Any advice on this would be great!

Hello,

My name is Sarah Givens, me and my husband are both realtors here in Salt Lake City, Utah. I've been looking into starting wholesales and would love any advice or pointers on where to start, how well the market is for wholesaling in this area, what to be aware of, the pros and cons, forms, ANYTHING. There is so much training and webinars about this stuff, but it all sounds too good to be true and super expensive. Plus they like to pressure people into signing up, but it actually does the exact opposite for me. Please help us become more knowledgeable on wholesales and share any experiences you've had (good, bad, whatever) with us, we'd love to hear from you! Eager to learn from the professionals and start our journey to success. Thanks!
