I hope to be 26 when I fix and flip my first deal. When reading about the successful investors that are younger than me, makes me wish someone told me about real estate investing when I was legally able to sign a contract!

The only property I own is my home, and I'm in Dallas, but I definitely prefer a gas hot water heater. We have had the misfortune of our pecan tree disconnecting our power line (twice), but I was still able to take a hot shower in the morning. If it was electric and our electricity went out, I would have to go to the gym to get ready in the morning. Just my thoughts.
