Public works supervisor is/has been doing anything he can to work against us. Even went so far as to kicking my child’s toys into middle of road one day when spraying for weeds. One person at city hall says we need to file complaint, but are trying to avoid any more issues just want to know what we can do legally without anymore retaliation.

Municipal Contractors  he sent off are one of the biggest contracting companies in nearby cities/area.

We installed our own curb stop like they told us. Now they won’t turn water on unless we dig back up the yard so they can inspect everything. Regardless if hole was still there it is such a sandy loom the ground just sinks back in instantly so unless they are there at very moment dirt is moved away it can’t be done anyways.

Problem with calling city hall is there is one specific worker who has always had issues with us as homeowners here. We moved our house in. He was completely against it, fighting tooth and nail saying we couldn’t put a house there.  He caused trouble for our first contractors that were to dig up yard and made them leave.

Hi, new to this site. I am from MN and just wondering if the homeowner or the city is supposed to be responsible for installing the curb stop? If homeowner is doing all the work then why do we pay special assessments for sewer? just wondering if anyone can help with this info or direct me to a place where I could find honest answers. We are in a small town. Thank you.
