@Adam Davis - Ouch! So ours is not as bad. However, we experienced a similar item with water. The washer/dryer combo went out on us and flooded all levels; we are the top unit, all while we had a heat wave!  Thanks for connecting - It's nice to meet others who are new at this as well. 

@Nadeem Alamgir - not yet ready to make any moves, still learning our process with this one.

Hi All, 

I'm new to this group, and we just passed the one-year mark on our rental purchase last year. It's been good, with a few unexpected issues. Overall, I am still happy with the idea of dipping in and starting to diversify our portfolio.
