Same for me! I network my investor/real estate buddies, and looking to expand my network. I've never been to the RPOA event you mentioned, I will have to check it out. Thanks!

Sarah Taylor I go to the RPOA event every February (highly recommend it and it’s free) and a few of their classes that apply to me. Other than that just networking on my own with other investors/buddies with RE.
You?

You don't need either to be protected with wholesaling. You can wholesale without either license. However,it has helped me a lot with learning more about houses an real estate in general!

Yes! So, I am currently a Real Estate agent! That helps me a lot with determining value of homes, learning the transactional side of it, and just learning more about homes and real estate in general. I got in contact with investors via craigslist ads and facebook!

Yes, lots and lots of research! Anything I can get my hands on. I amin contact with some investors in GR... but the hard part is finding the deals. I am doing a lot of practice to correctly value these homes so that when I do get them under contract, I can assign them to my buyers and make it a win win. I am super eager to start, but I want to make sure I amconfident in what I am selling first.

Hi Everyone! My name is Sarah Taylor, and I am from Grand Rapids, Michigan.

I am currently a Real Estate agent in West Michigan, and I like to learn about investing in my free time! My goal is to hustle and gain the knowledge it takes to succeed as a real estate investor. I am interested in wholesaling, fix and flips, buy and holds, and thanks to Bigger Pockets, I am learning more about different strategies on a consistent basis!

I LOVE networking with others, feel free to comment and reach out!!
