You don't need either to be protected with wholesaling. You can wholesale without either license.However,it has helped me a lot with learning more about houses an real estate in general!

Yes, lots and lots of research! Anything I can get my hands on. I amin contact with some investors in GR... but the hard part is finding the deals. I am doing a lot of practice to correctly value these homes so that when I do get them under contract, I can assign them to my buyers and make it a win win. I am super eager to start,but I want to make sure I amconfident in what I am selling first.

Hi Everyone! My name is Sarah Taylor, and I am from Grand Rapids, Michigan.
