I own a condo with 2 other people. Myself and one of the other owners do all the work. There is no agreement in place. We want to go to them with a number ($$$) that is based on some kind of formula. Can anyone share their experience with this?

Thanks so much for all your input. After reading what you guys have posted and speaking with others, it looks like us getting the loan/mortgage under our 3 names then transferring it via deed to the LLC is the "easiest" way. I want to keep my family and personal stuff separate and treat the investment as a business.
My lawyer told me that in a partnership, an LLC should be set up to protect yourself. But I'm wondering if you can get a loan as the LLC? Or do you have to buy under all names, then transfer to an LLC?

Some friends and I want to start an LLC as a real estate investment company in New Jersey and obtain a mortgage through the LLC. After doing a bunch of Googling, I am finding differing answers as to if this is possible or not. Does anyone have first hand experience with this? Thanks in advance.
