Post: Licensed Agent looking for best strategy

I am a licensed Realtor in Colorado, working out of Highlands Ranch. I get all my business through referrals/relationships. That strategy isn't going to work for securing properties to Flip. So for those Licensed Agents who flip properties, what is your personal strategy that works well for you in finding the homes to even begin to run the numbers on? Everyone seems to have a strong opinion, MLS, never MLS, wholesalers, pre-foreclosure list calls, etc. But what has worked best for YOU?

I want to get my first flip by the end of the year and my business partner is in construction. My background is in finance as well and I'm great with running comps, I just don't want to spend all day finding properties.

Hey all. I have been doing Residential Real Estate for 6 years. My background is in Finance - Investing in real estate has always been my goal. I have a business partner in construction and we are ready to do our first flip. We are looking for financing options as well as getting connected with some people and avenues that can get us a good property. I’m excited and ready to put into action all that we have learned.
