Hi @Bud Dwyer, 

What class of property are you looking to buy? We help clients buy in Columbus and we recommend investing near/in the better school districts to attract tenants with families who stay. That said, there are Class A-property school districts where you won't make much cash flow, but there are other good school districts with more of a range of cash-flowing property classes.
