Thank you for the feedback. I plan to buy a small multi family home in a different state than I reside. However, my adult daughter lives in that state and she will be onboard with staying in one of the units. The problem is her credit and income is not great. But I'm thinking if I'm the primary on the mortgage and she's on as secondary this should work with a FHA loan. I'm not certain so any thoughts would be helpful.
