I'm new to the area and looking for an investor friendly real estate agent in the Saint Louis, Missouri area. I'm interested in  a broad area from Dogtown to St. Peters. Preferably small multifamily properties four units and under. Please let me know if you can help me out!

I'm looking for an investor friendly listing agent in the Waterloo - Cedar Falls area of Iowa. I'm looking into flipping an acreage, so experience with acreages would be desirable. It'd be great if I could get comps pulled for an idea on the ARV as well as getting the property listed once I'm done
