Thank you for the helpful advice! I definitely plan on getting as involved and connected as possible in the CSRA. I'm glad to have a great connection like yourself and your company. My first goal is to lock down a primary residence with a VA loan and then look for a good starter SFM, to learn and (obviously) start creating some passive income.

@Joe Sillaman yes I have loved my time here on oahu. I actually lived up in Waialua for the first two years, and loved the laid back community. Sad to leave but excited for the real estate opportunitis in GA.

Hey everyone,
My name is Kevin Furst and I am a fairly new BP member. I found out about this website through the awesome BP podcasts. I currently serve active duty in the US Navy, while living with my wife in Honolulu, HI. I have followed the forums occasionally while I was on a deployment. Now that I am back and will be moving to Augusta, GA in March, I am excited to become an active member of BP and start real estate investing when I arrive. I intend on buying a primary residence and then starting off with a SFH to buy and hold and gain experience.
I am excited to contribute to the forums, learn from all the experienced people in this community and connect with any investors in the Augusta, GA region.
