Has anyone compiled a list of all the quick tips from all the podcasts and can share them with us?  If not it would be a great addition to the website!

I was playing around with the rental calculator on here and I had to change the purchase price if I wanted to get the cash flow and cash-on-cash ROI to go up. Still a great calculator though. Does anyone have a spreadsheet that would allow me to input a desired cash flow and/or cash-on-cash ROI and it would then output the the required purchase price while still factoring in all the expenses, downpayment, etc.?
