I had a tenant who had a Surety bond with Assurant for the security deposit, but they are getting out of the business and are not renewing any of their policies.  I tried Rhino and the tenant got declined.  Does anybody know of any other companies the offer this service?

Do you hire someone to put weed killer on your lawns? The tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance. They mow, but don't put down any fertilizer or weed killer. Do other landlords take care if it themselves or how do they handle this issue?
