Do you have to be on board with a broker like you do if you want sell directly, and if so, what broker would bring you on if you're only there to give referrals? Scott
I am trying to find a way to leverage the two licenses I currently hold; a real estate sales agent license and a title insurance license. I currently work as a Title Examiner for a local independent company, and it's a good fit for me with a clear and short path for advancement. In other words, I'm not going anywhere. I've dabbled in real estate sales, but it's just not for me. I'm looking for ideas to leverage the two without being in direct sales and without my endeavors being a conflict of interest with my employer. Perhaps a side hustle of some sorts would be a good way to describe what I'm looking for. Thoughts, comments, questions, ideas? Thanks, Scott
