I’ve talked to a few. Some won’t do rural. Some won’t do MH. It’s a 96 never been moved. Do you or someone you know do these loans ? 

Looking to refinance a property after renovation and only pull out purchase and rehab cost back out. The property is considered rural. It's an affixed double wide manufactured home. Looking for long term financing options. Hoping to be able to keep in LLC name.

Tucson is very much a pocket town, depending on what your looking to buy or invest in. I can discuss more in depth if you’d like ! Sometimes what people may consider the “bad” part is the best for remodels/rentals.
