Hi BP Community,

Just wanted to take a second and introduce myself. My name is Scott Bloomberg, and I am a new investor from NYC. About 6 months ago when I recieved a settlement for an injury, I began to research what types of investments would be right for me. Naturally, my family has encouraged me to put it away in the market and let it grow the conventional way. But, paying someone 5% just to pick overpriced mutual funds out doesn't seem like the best deal out there. I began researching real estate--- and even though it hasn't been that long--- I have absorbed as much information as possible. Im ready to take action and have a goal of buying my first property by the end of the year. Im excited to be a part of an amazing community of people who share a passion, are driven, and most importantly are magnanimous.
