Hey I am new here and was just looking for any tips if anybody wanted to share them. I am 22 and still live at home with my parents and I am in no hurry to want to move out and live on my own. Probably would want to move out within 1.5 to 2 years. Feel like I am in a unique spot where I can look for a good real estate opportunity to invest in but just wanted to get your guys opinions on it all. Only have about 15k in my savings and that may not be enough to do anything but was just curious what you all thought and if I should be looking for anything in particular.
