Im a new investor here in Charlotte, NC. Ive looked at a couple of projects and I'm eager to get started. My weakness is understaning renovation costs.

What have you found is the best and quickest way to find this number? Keep in mind I havent worked with a contractor yet. I called a few, but I get the sense they are not in a hurry to help.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
