I was looking at a property the other day with a home inspector in the Norfolk, Va area, and we noticed a vent or fill line for an underground oil tank on the property.  The tank could not be found, so it is unknown if the tank is leaking.  I was wondering if anybody knew any state or local laws about remediation of abandoned underground tanks that are not used anymore on ones property.

I am new to BP and new to real estate investing. I was wondering if anyone in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Hampton Roads area knows of a good Virginia Beach Attorney for setting up an LLC. I currently have one house, but would like to set up an LLC before making a second home purchase. Any information would be greatly appreciated
