Thank you Alan! Your response was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to hear from someone who has bought into his program. I am a relative newbie which makes me very cautious about gurus selling anything. Granted the program may work, for the experienced investor, but preying on folks like myself seems pretty sketchy. Thank you!

Has anyone had any dealings or experience with Blair Halver and his program Dealbot Pipeline Program? I have searched all over and I cannot find anything on this. His program seems interested, but he don't give much details about the program other than how to do "5 Deals/Mo in 5 Hrs/Wk." If anyone can give me feedback on this before my over the phone strategy session with this program, I would appreciate it. What is the price for this program would be helpful too. Thank you!
