There are several tax lien investors on the internet that teach tax lien investing and they have said that the owner of record will get the overage, but I have not been able to find a program that states that this is included in the program. I'm assuming that you would purchase the property before the tax sale, But I don't know how to get the list or what forms or proceedures to do . Can you tell me the proceedures or recommend a book or program ?
Thanks

I am looking for someone to help me get started with tax lien excess proceeds. I need to be able to ask questions and I'm willing to pay a percentage of the commissions for your efforts. I have searched the internet for information but so far have only been able to find tax lien programs for sale, and I'm not sure if they cover excess proceeds. Please contact me as soon as possible, as I am very interested in getting started.
Thanks !!
