Mike, I'd rather die than be a good little socialist or any other kind. What's the point of living if you have no life?

I would think that appropriate action the state should be taking if they are aware that there is a flu pandemic and their resources may not be enough is to get more resources. As you can see, there are places on that map that show counties that have been hardly affected or not affected at all. Why not borrow some of their resources, personnel, ship some patients that are not contagious but need care to those facilities. This whole thing has struck me as homicidal.

NO ONE IS A FAULT supposedly.
I know what you're saying. The government actually does not take any action. The hospitals will be the decision makers on who the plug actually gets pulled on. But I still blame it on the state government because they are the ones that came up with that policy

Too late for that last one. My traditional red state lost its mind and went blue last year. Then I went blue! I would have went to the hospital but that's probably the last place you want to go down here right now anyway.
The only thing I can think of he might be talking about is red tide but I haven't heard of anything like that this year. And he didn't say if it was pollen like and airborne or what. Has me a little curious? Maybe even concerned. I'm only a few hundred miles from him.

These are, of course, just my opinions but I rehabbed for a couple of years.
Have you considered building a nice deck onto the pool to make it more attractive? Above ground pools don't have to be an eyesore. I've seen some done very nicely.
I would fix the flooring at less than 20% damage.
Have you considered a light tan or beige base paint on the house with black trim? It seems it coordinate with the stone better.

I use Realquest. They're about as reliable as they come in my opinion. Hardly off from my appraiser's value. And you're correct, they're very reasonable price wise.

I'm currently more freaked about the red stuff, now. What the hell is that?

I posted another topic earlier where Crist has signed into affect a bill saying they can test, vaccinate and quarantine you against your will. I wouldn't say Florida is a very healthy state to be in right now. I've been here all my life and don't know whose gonna kill me first, the flu or the government.
Red Stuff? What red stuff? I haven't seen anything like that.

I found this article in the Sun Sentinel : Florida plan advises hospitals to bar some patients in event of severe flu pandemic

If you're sick and may need medical care, I wouldn't come down here.
