Good Evening, I’m looking for real estate agencies in the Raleigh area. I only have to take the state portion of the exam before I have my license. I’m currently focusing on New Western as my agency of choice because I’m looking to get into investing as well. I’d love to hear feedback on the company as well as if there are any other agencies that have a reputation of great training as well as high wealth creation in their agents. I hope everyone is having a great summer!

@Rebecca Williams
Thank you so much Mrs. Williams for your advice and encouragement. I’m currently looking for a partner right now and some deals in my area.

Does anyone know of a good online real estate class? I've been looking, but it is hard to tell which ones are the best.

Thank you @Stone Saathoff and @Brenden Mitchum for your advice! To answer your question I want to get into real estate partly because I love the idea of passive income and partly because I want to start my own business one day. I think real estate could be a big part of that and I want to be as prepared as possible when I start. I was thinking about taking a class in the fall so I could get my real estate license. I've read on how much that helps when in it comes to investing in properties as well as it being a good source of income. What do you think about that?

Hi! My name is Sean and I currently live in the Raleigh area. I've just recently read Brandon Turner's book on real estate investing and I'd like to invest. I've done a lot of research, but I don't have a lot of money to invest since I just graduated high school. I've read a lot about hard money lenders and how to get your first property, but I'm not sure how to proceed in my area. If anyone has any advice or tips I'd love to hear them!
