@Ryan Jones I am focusing​ on the south metro specifically​ Apple Valley, Lakeville​, Savage, Shakopee​, and Burnsville​ for now. I currently​live in Bloomington​ where I have for most of my life, but know that going south of the river does make thinks a little​ cheaper​ Hennipen county is also an expensive​ county to live in.

Hello, my Name is Sean I got here from looking into real estate investing for building a future long term income source. I am still not a home owner myself, but have decided in the last year that I want to get into multifamily properties for living in for now and rental property for the future. I am currently reading up on a lot of the info here and elsewhere on what all is needed before starting the process of getting my first property.
