@Lee Ripma

Thank you for the quick reply. This is something I’d absolutely would like to do. I’ve been studying hard and am looking forward to taking the test. It’s just a matter of how much school will be affecting my job.

I am a 20 year old college student who is currently in school for real estate. I plan on taking my test during Q1 of 2020 and doing both real estate and school full time once my license is issued. Is this reasonable? Or should I focus more on one thing than the other? Please do leave me advice!

Aloha! My name is Sean Dagan and I am a 20 year old student in economics looking to get experience with real estate investment. My dream is to become financially independent and free, with the ability to give to those who are in more unfortunate circumstances. I value my health, family, spiritual well being, and giving. To me, real estate investing is how I plan on achieving my goals.

Being only a 20 year old student, I do not have a lot of money on hand to drop on a property and therefore, I am more specifically looking for experience in wholesaling real estate in Hawaii.

I enjoy spending my time researching/studying the wholesale fundamentals so that I have a strong foundation to further build my skill set on. I believe in having actionable goals. They are as follows:

In one year, I would like to have had multiple (at least 5) WHOLESALE DEALS completed so that I may build up the capital to begin investing for the long term and build passive income.

In five years, I would like to have multiple (at least 3) PROPERTIES that I would use as a passive source of income.

Here on BiggerPockets, I would like to make connections with other real estate investors so that I may be of service to them in any way I can. Although I may lack hands-on experience, my willingness to learn and pick up new skills quickly is unparalleled. I believe in action. I am a do-er and will always be willing to go the extra mile for a friend.

I humbly ask for your help in guiding me on the correct course of action. I want to do things the right way, have fun, and build meaningful connections with everyone that I meet.

Mahalo for your consideration,

Sean Dagan
