I was told there was no such thing as a bad question! I'm planning on buying a SFH out of state as a rental property. I was wondering if I should go to a bank in CA where I live or to a bank on Mississippi where i plan to invest. Also what are your opinions on online lenders were you plug in the numbers and companies compete for your business???? Thanks for the feedback.

I live in Santa Rosa, CA and went to USM. I've been looking to invest in SFH and duplexes in Hattiesburg. Any idea how the rental market is out there. It's been awhile since I finished college. Lmk if you have any good property mgmt companies or agents in the area. Good luck

Wondering if you guys ever met up. I'm new to BP. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area but went to USM and have been looking to buy rental property in Hattiesburg/Oak Grove. I'm always searching for properties in the area. Let me know if you have any suggestions for property managers, agents, brokers etc.
