Im off Millerville near Target and Lowes.  Bought the house when i was 21 and dumb.  On one hand i want to wash myself of this area, other hand the mortgage is cheap and rent seems to be double what im paying monthly.  I have a year or two to figure it out.  FIL has a few rentals in the area that he has owned for 30 years, complains all the time but still picks up checks every month.

New guy here.  Found this site from Bogleheads.org.  Im 30, married w young kids.  Bought some land in the country, planning on building and moving soon.  I need to figure out if i sell or rent my current starter home in br.  We live below our means and im leaning toward becoming a landlord, might get me out of the rat race earlier.  Cant wait to start reading.  Thanks!
