@Blake Park thank you for your response! My next question than is can you BRRRR with a conventional loan or do you have to buy a property in cash?

@Blake Park thank you for that !

@Nicholas L. Yes it does! Thank you. I hear a lot about Hard money lenders. How do I find those ?

@Nicholas L. I don’t understand when Brandon and David are talking about buying homes with cash honestly. A lot of my questions stem from that topic.

Reaching out to anyone in the Bigger Pockets community that would love to help a brand new investor pick his feet up off the ground with advice!! Currently reading David Greene BRRRR book but still finding myself troubled on how to get started with the B in BRRRR

Hello bigger pockets !!! So I hear everyone talking about house hacking. My question today is.. what kind of loans can I obtain without having to live on the property for a year ???

@Bryan Balducki Thank you for reaching out means a lot! I will take all those things into heavy consideration!

Hello Bigger Pockets community! I’m really reaching out for help with this post. Anything helps! My wife and I just sold our first property we bought ever and without realizing it we basically put a ton of sweat equality into the house. I’ve always wanted to get into real estate for many reasons and I figured with equality laying around nows the time but I just don’t know my next step. I do want properties I can make passive income from thru renting but I just don’t know how to start any advice?? I’ll take any!!! Do i buy move in ready home to rent right away? Do I buy fixer uppers and than rent them? I just don’t know.
