Hi BP!

I am fairly new to real estate. I got my real estate licence in October 2015. I initially went into new construction. I worked for various builders as a new home sales assistant for about 5 months before I got a job at Redfin. To be honest, It is a great company and I enjoy what I do. I am an associate agent with the company so I go around showing homes, putting up signs, helping with inspections, and many other various tasks. I have recently looked into getting started in REI. I think for me, learning is the biggest step for me right now. I have been doing research every day and really would like to shadow someone or help someone with an investment in the area. I currently live in Issaquah. I have been looking into Wholesaling as maybe a good way to get into investing. If any of you guys could help I would appreciate it!

Thanks!

Sean

Hi guys, I have been looking in to investing recently and am already a licensed real estate agent. I would like to flip homes eventually and thought of possibly getting certified to become and inspector as well. Do you guys think it is worth it? What would be the benefits/cons? Let me know what you think! Thanks, Sean

Hi guys, My name is Sean and I just go into the real estate business. I have been listening to the podcast for bigger pockets for a bit now and basically interested in having some guidance and help to start out. I figure it is the best way for me, new in the RE business, to get started. I live in the Seattle area (Issaquah specifically) and would love to talk, have a phone call, message, or even meet up and discuss a good process. I am excited to learn and ready to dive in. Any help would be amazing! Thanks so much! Sean
