Am I able to purchase a home from an owner while it is in pre-foreclosure or is it already too late at that point. If not how would I go about it.

@Ryan Mainwaring absolutely, unfortunately I still work full-time during the week from 7 a.m to 3:30. But I'm willing to be as flexible as I need to be obviously weekends work best for me but again I'm willing to do what I got to do. If you want let me know a day and a time then we will work it out. Hi, my name is Sean Tomak, I'm looking to start networking with other entrepreneurs in the columbus area, or really Ohio in general. I'm currently a union sheet metal worker, but have done many types of construction both residential and commercial.
