I don’t like it either but if the seller argues the comps I guess this is the next best thing but harder to figure.

Hello All,

I am looking to invest in out of state residential real estate and would like to know a good tool to gauge an average price per square foot in a particular market, again not property specific but an average for the market.  Is there any particular website you can use to get a handle on a range of price per square foot for a particular market?
