Hi my name is sean and I am a 19 year old attending OCC. I learned about wholesaling through many YouTube videos and became quite obsessed with the topic, I figured I could probably do it my self and do ok but I realized if I want to be great im going to need a mentor someone to teach me the ropes and ins out outs of wholesaling and fix and flips someone with experience who will transform me into a real estate guru I am willing to work hard and show up everyday to learn new things. I need someone to help me become great who sees potential in me and take a risk, looking forward to your replies thanks
