@JaNae Anderson As already mentioned in this conversation, the most important thing is to make sure you have a strong, trustworthy team to work with.  For your investment, it is vital to have a great property management team to work with as well.  Ultimately, the PM is what will make or break the longevity of your cash-flowing investment.  A PM team who fully screens and finds excellent tenants and then continues to attentively manage the property is the key to your turn-key investing success!
