 Hey Adam. Thanks for the invitation, I will try to make it. I went to the Broward Subto meet up last week and this morning I went to the Breakfast with Pace meetup in Fort Lauderdale. I completely agree, these are great events to connect with like minded people and grow your network.

Hi Peter, thanks for your response. Yes, I have been going to local meet ups to try and meet flippers and other investors. I will check out the evens page to see if there are any upcoming in my area.

I am currently gearing up for my first fix and flip project. I'm looking to connect with experienced fix and flip investors, as well as contractors and subcontractors who specialize in renovations in South Florida.  My goal is to build a strong network, exchange insights, and work with professionals in the local market.
