Awesome everyone thanks for sharing all the tips really appreciate it. I'm actually looking for a real estate attorney ha ha. i might have not communicated effectively on the first post, my apologies. The property will be my personal home. Thanks again everyone.

Hi All,

My name is Sebastian Ramirez and I have been a local to the 5 cities just about my whole life. I've recently learned the potential of what real estate offers, which before I had no clue. Its great to be on a learning journey utilizing bigger pockets. I listen to the podcasts and started from their first podcast and have worked my way up and will continue to do so.

I'm currently in the process of purchasing a brand new home that will be done being built in February. I'm looking for a real estate attorney as I have heard on podcasts that investors look for an attorney for every one of their deals. I currently live in Grover Beach and the property is in Santa Maria. If any one has any info or tips I would greatly appreciate.
