@Nick Thomas

I don’t know the area that you are buying at but 339,900 for a condo sounds a bit too much but then again I’m in Connecticut. If you are planning to have kids in a few years why are you not looking at homes in the in the some price range of this condo?, Maybe something that has a possibility of being turned into a rental, build equity or that you could see yourself raising your kids in, if you end getting stuck to in it.

If you decide to buy this condo I’ll look at how much you’ll cash flow if you decided to move out at some point and for some reason couldn’t sale it. I’ll also look at how much equity you can build into it in the years that you’ll be holding it. So basically what I’m saying is just make sure you have multiple exits strategy

hi
My name is Sebe Silver. My husband and i are in the process of buying our first property, it's a two units in Bridgeport CT. We are looking for a home inspector and figured we are better of asking around for recommendations here in Bigger Pockets. If you know a good inspector that you would use, we will very much appreciate it if you connect us with them.Thanks for your time
