Is withdrawing money from an Estate account taxable?

Does a vehicle title have to be in S-corps name to take sec 179? If the business usage is only 60%, are you only allowed 60% of Sec 179 or 100%? Are leased vehicles allowed sec 179? Can you take Sec 179 through a reimbursement plan?

If it’s a sole member S-corp, does Sec 179 get reported on their business or personal return or either or? Is there any benefit to having title under an S-corp?

Thanks for the info 🙂

@Ouman You

There are 0 cost refinances. Just refinanced with Chase from 3.5 to 3% and they charged zero dollars. Its only a difference of around $600/year. If you go to someone with high lender fees, then not worth it short term.

@Dave E.

This advice is from CPA Mark Kohler. He says he creates LLCs for thousands of clients and has never told the lender anything and only once did a lender bring it up from thousands of clients. He doesn't want the lender freaking out about nothing especially something they don't understand. Creating a LLC and quitclaiming is simple. No need to spend thousands of dollars in attorney fees.

@Jacob Holler

Don’t tell your lender anything. Create the llcs, go to deeds.com and quitclaim them. Done.

@Braxton Wilson

If everyone saved more than they spent on a home warranty, they would go out of business so that tells you what you need to know. Spend more for better quality.

What do flat fee brokerages pay to buyers agents in a typical 5-6% market? If they charge lets say $3,000 for listing, what do they usually pay buyers agents? 2%?
