@Dmitriy Fomichenko that's dealing with something totally different. It's basic knowledge you can take out a Loan against your IRA at 1% for real estate transactions only. Lmao I have four accounts...just did one Feb.

@Brandon Komp Instead of cashing out, you can take a loan at 1% interest to yourself using your IRA money. But if your not experienced in real estate I wouldn't recommend this.

@Aaron K. When compared to California prices...everything’s cheaper. I like areas I get more bang for my buck. For 1 of your $500k properties, I can have 20-25 rentals at $750 each with a value around $1.2Mil.

@Jack Zhuang 6000sqft is to small of a parcel for 6units. A duplex or a 4unit building is what code will allow here. And you can kinda guesstimate using cost per sqft. If the going rate is around $250 per sqft an you have a 4500sqft building $1.1mil.

@Laura Johnson Your exposure to a lawsuit is to great. Give them their deposit back and 7 days to move. Cut your losses fast as possible and move on to the next tenant.

@Jack Edward Johnson Never pay a contractor for labor and materials. Pay for Labor and you buy the materials.
