@Patti Robertson Thank you, I actually want to be a Investor and I thought the best way to learn is to first get into wholesailing so I can connect with Investors. I know I don’t have to wholesale to make money to do my first flip I know I can borrow money from a HML but I don’t know any HML. Where can I find HML? Should I just get into wholesale and build a relationship with Investors or should I just get a mentor to guide me ?
