Talk to the right people. Don't trust people upfront. In this industry people WILL manipulate you. This is where is started. You could start with the basics cold calling, knocking, and social media. All of those are free. Then when you business grow, get a V.A so you could spend more time on other stuff and your family. Good Luck! Hope to see you succeed. 

have anyone of you tried this method? My team used this and close 3-4 deals a month. Just to share my experience, started 2022 I sold my first house 7 months after. I started slow. I tried to join a team, and it helped me sharpen my skills a lot. I was closing around 6-8 deals a year. It was a big impact. So, our team tried a newer approach and tried this method. This message is to all who are starting, you could stumble, and look down on yourself. If that happens try joining a positive group that values you, mentor you and wants you to grow. Forever thankful to my team leader, and my team. Also, Hope this helps guys. 

 A.I. in R.E. is not yet perfect. But makes a big impact. especially on missing a call. when i have a missed call A.I automatically replies like any human does. so leads won't go to waste. I'm using a software that runs on A.I. helps me capture organic leads, automation, my socials, A.i. follow up and has it's own crm. For the last 6 months I've closed 5 deals. and 2 of them are from the leads captured from the software. 

go with orign8 very easy to use. also, you have the option to have both. But orign8 works well if you have a team. for example you subscribe to the $500 tier. then if your team has 5 members it would just cost you a $100/member/month. Thank me later. 

The software I'm working with is great. automation, lead gen, literally all-in-one easy to use. but it's been a hard couple of months, I'm just trying to see any cheaper alternatives.

I've been using orign8 at $250/month and they have a lot more to offer like lead gen, automation, missed call text back, basically an all-in-one inside sales marketer. but I don't know if it's available in your area.
