Hi, I sold a small multifamily in California.  Before listing it, I had lots of expenses, including painting, floor refinishing, plumbing repairs, staging, cleaning, etc.

In a 1031 exchange, I purchased two small multifamily homes which also have some roof work, painting, plumbing, etc.

For both of these houses, do I need to reach out to each and every vendor with a W-9 and a 1099?

Thanks!

Hi.  I am interviewing property management companies in Columbus and ran upon Realize Property Management Company.  Does anyone have any experiences with this company to share with me?  I asked for referrals from other investors and he said it would take a few days for him.

Thanks!
