Thanks for clicking! Over the last 6-7 months, I’ve been doing my best to “get smart” on real estate investing, starting off with Rich Dad principles, which led to Rich Dad Advisor (McElroy, Sutton, etc.) audiobooks, which led to BP podcasts and doing YT research on tax benefits…I’m feel ready to take action and start putting everything into practice but still not certain which method is best for my first investment property. Would love to be taken under someone’s wing who’s willing to help me take that leap! Interested in learning from any area of expertise…agent/broker, tax expert, lender. Not looking for a huge time commitment from you…maybe 1-2 hours a week to start. Or more, if I can bring worthwhile value to your goals. My strengths are attention to detail, QUICK learner, personable, stellar work ethic, and feel most productive when I can assist in others’ success, so ideally this proposition is for a two-way relationship.
