@Greg H., thank you. We have started it. I am however concerned with what the tenant might do to the place. Does anyone here have any experience where it was nasty and the tenant cause additional damages to the place?
@Cynthia Long, could you please share the course of action you took here and anything lessons you might have learned in the process? I am in a similar situation where the tenants are being unresponsive and have been late for about a month now.

Hello there,
I'm interested in a property in San Antonio and looking to have it inspected. What is the typical price range for this service? This is a 3000Sqft duplex.
If you are in the area and know an inspector, I'm also looking for someone I can work with longer term.

Hello BP community,
I recently bought a rental property with long term tenants in it. They had been signing lease extension with the previous owner for several years. One tenant's lease needs to be renewed soon. Can I just sign another extension on the lease or do I have to put in place a new lease with my name on it? How have some of the experienced people on the forum handled similar situation?

Hello real estate pros,
I am a newbie here and need your advice. I have a great deal on a duplex off the market but it's in a different city that I can't visit due to current schedule. Are there recommended ways to perform due diligence on the property and purchase without visiting and still reduce risks? Note the property in question is in San Antonio Texas.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
