I'm specifically interested in learning more about resources where I can learn more about the neighborhood differences in NW/NE/SE/SW OKC areas.   But yes I'm also interested in any advice on considerations for types of areas that make more sense for a buy and hold out of state investor.  Thanks!

Hi Trevor, I live in California and I am looking to invest in OKC. Please let me know how I can get more info. 

My wife and I are new to Bigger Pockets.  We are home owners in Southern Cal and are looking into long term rental investments in the greater Oklahoma City area where I was born and raised.  We're in the process of learning all we can about buy and hold investing/management and getting to know the market. 

Very interested in meeting other investors in the OKC area and recommendations for realtors, contractors, and prop management companies.
