Hey BP Members, I finally bought my first mailing list! I've previously only been doing bandit signs and Craigslist marketing only because it's inexpensive. It's been working but now I'm looking to expand and do more deals. So now I'm trying to create a mailing campaign that's effective but also cost friendly. I'm asking for any insight on how to get the most "bang for my buck." Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hello BP members,

I'm a newbie in the game and I'm actually in the process of closing my first wholesale deal. Now that I have the property under the contract with the seller and I'm in the process of assigning the contract to a cash buyer. I'm just confused on the process dealing with the cash buyer. Do I need to write another assignment contract to the buyer or?.. Can Someone guide me through the cash buyer process? I'm ready to get paid!
