@Maurice Smith I would appreciate if you shared a template. I have disclosed that I am a wholesaler in my own document. But, I don’t believe that is enough because it is a purchase agreement.

Hello. I'm a wholesaler. I have a potential property to put under contract. I want to word the purchase agreement so that the agreement is void if I don't find a buyer by a certain date. That way I don't tie up the property, but I'm not on the hook to buy it either.
